What is your hire period?

Our standard hire period is Thursday to Monday. Week hire is available on request.

 

What area do you cover?

We can supply hot tubs anywhere within Suffolk,
Norfolk or Essex.

 

How many people will
a hot tub take?

Our hot tubs can accommodate 5 - 6 adults.

 

Can I put a hot tub anywhere?

The Orbis hot tubs need a gateway width of 74cm minimum and a clear run to be rolled into place. Our hot tubs must be on a firm, level surface. Unfortunately we cannot put them on grass.

 

Do I need to supply anything?

All you need is a 13 amp plug socket and water supply.

 

How long does it take
to set up?

Setup takes 1 - 2 hours. Filling can be done from a garden tap or combi boiler which speeds up the heating process.

 

Is there a deposit?

We take a £50 refundable deposit at the time of booking.

 

When and how do I pay?

We take cash payment on delivery or a cheque 5 days
prior to delivery. Unfortunately we can't take card payments
at present.
